METHODS:

Screen Printing

Crisp graphics that will last the test of time.

Screen printing is one of the oldest methods of printmaking, dating back to the Song Dynasty in China and is one of the most versatile of our processes. From t-shirts to canvas bags, towels, lanyards, business portfolios and more, it is a cost efficient printing method that lasts the life of the product.

Our quality, skilled workers pay attention to detail, and therefore attention to quality. The quality – using the right types of screens for the right types of designs creates clean, crisp printing that lasts.

Silk Screen Printing uses a mesh-based stencil to apply ink onto t-shirts, jerseys, hoodies, sweaters, polo shirts, posters, stickers, vinyl, or other material. First we create a stencil of an image on a screen of porous mesh, traditionally made of silk. A squeegee pulls paint-like ink over the stencil, forcing it through the mesh onto the material being printed. Unlike the inks used in some other forms of printing, screen printing ink sits right on the surface of the material or paper, resulting in a more rich and vibrant color.
